September 23, 2026 – Downtown Reimagined Project Construction Virtual Information Session

The Downtown Reimagined Project invites downtown businesses and residents to a virtual information session to discuss upcoming construction work and anticipated impacts.
The session will provide an overview of:
- Watermain completed to date and remaining scope
- Upcoming work on Rossmore Avenue, Mountain Street, Christie St., Main Street
- Planned night construction at the Mountain Street intersections
- Full road closure of Mountain Street between Elm St. and Main St. W
- Anticipated impacts on parking, traffic and business access
A member of the Town of Grimsby project team will provide the latest updates on Phase 1 construction, including upcoming work, anticipated traffic and parking impacts, and what businesses and residents can expect as work progresses. All questions after the information session should be directed to the Downtown Reimagined inbox at dtreimagined@grimsby.ca.
