We would like your feedback on Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment applications for 37 Bartlett Avenue.

The proposal is to allow for a development of four stacked townhouse blocks.

The Official Plan Amendment proposes to re-designate the lands from their current Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential.

The Zoning By-law Amendment proposes to rezone the subject lands from their current Residential Detached 1 (RD1.15) zone to a modified Residential Multiple 1 (RM1-XX) zone.

  • Inward-oriented townhouse blocks, with interior area containing surface parking (45 spaces, including 9 accessible spaces), entrance to underground parking (130 spaces), and bicycle parking (14 spaces).

  • Children's playground communal amenity area.
  • Rooftop terraces or balcony private amenity areas.
  • Sidewalks for pedestrian access to Bartlett Avenue.
