File Numbers: 26Z-16-2005 and 26T-16-2001

We would like your feedback on a rezoning and draft plan of subdivision at 240, 244 - 248 Main Street East.

The proposal is to allow for a 15-lot subdivision while retaining the existing dwellings at 246 and 248 Main Street East, an extension of Teeter Place and the creation of blocks for infrastructure. The zoning would change from Neighbourhood Development (ND) zone to Main Street (MS.25) and Residential Detached (RD 4.45). The zoning change would apply differently across the site - the MS.25 Zone applies to Lots 1 & 2 and the RD4.45 Zone applies to Lots 3-15.

The key aspects of the proposal include:

  • 15 single-detached lots
  • Lots ranging in size from 12 m (39 ft.) to 19 m (62 ft.)
  • 2 lots fronting on Main Street
  • 13 lots fronting on Teeter Place

Please note that this application is under review and has not gone to Council for their consideration. Therefore, the proposal may change as the application proceeds through the review process.
