WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
In a continuing effort to improve traffic safety on Town roads, the Town of Grimsby conducted a road safety pilot program in 2022, which tested new traffic calming methods and devices. The program was given the title “In Road Flexible Signage Pilot Program”, and featured the installation of flexible road signs and bollards to create a lane narrowing effect and improve driver awareness. This pilot project was conducted at various locations across the Town between June and November of 2022.
The goal of the pilot is to assess alternative methods of traffic calming and evaluate products that could be incorporated into the Town of Grimsby's traffic calming toolbox.
Please feel free to complete a shorty survey (below) and provide Town staff with important feedback regarding your thought(s) and experiences with the pilot project.
