Discharge of Firearms and Bows By-Law

In response to community feedback, a review of the current by-law (By-law 76-38) was undertaken to address gaps in the provisions to prohibit the discharge of weapons within the Town of Grimsby boundaries. The current by-law has not been updated since 1976 and requires a substantial refresh to make it contemporary. A draft by-law has been prepared (included in the document library) and Staff are interested in receiving public input on the proposed by-law prior to Council’s consideration.
