West Lincoln Memorial Hospital - Site Plan Application

We would like to share with the community the proposed redevelopment of West Lincoln Memorial Hospital at 169 Main Street East.

The site is currently occupied by the existing 8,361 sq m (90,000 sq ft.) hospital.

The proposal allows for the development of a 4-storey institutional building with approximately 54 beds. The official plan designates the property institutional area. Zoning By-law 14-45 zones the property institutional.

The key aspects of the proposed design include:

• Gross floor area of 176,368 sq ft.
• Building height of 19.5 m (63.9 ft.)
• 252 parking spaces and 20 bicycle parking spaces
• Increased setback, open space and greenery along Main Street East
