The Town of Grimsby is working on a Customer Service Strategy to improve how you experience Town services; whether you’re looking for information, submitting a concern or request, visiting a Town facility or connecting with staff.

As Grimsby continues to grow, residents and businesses expect services that are easy to access, clear, and responsive. This project will deliver a report that highlights what’s working well, where improvements are needed, and how the Town can deliver a more consistent and positive customer experience.

The Customer Service Strategy will guide how the Town serves the community now and in the future. It will focus on:

  • Making it easier to get the information and services you need
  • Improving communication and response times
  • Creating clear service standards across the organization
  • Supporting continuous improvement as the community grows
